Fajr Int’l Music Festival’s research meetings held

 

The 35^th Fajr International Music Festival’s research meetings were held.

The issues were discussed during the meetings included expert review of historical and religious aspects of music, review of the history of songwriting, and the impact of cyberspace on music.

The first meeting with the title of “reviewing the boundary of sanctity in music from Islam’s point of view”, the second meeting with the title of “reviewing the improvisation in Iranian music, the procedure of songwriting in Iranian music history, and the impact of cyberspace on music and media”, and the third meeting with the title of “reviewing the evolution of pop music” were held from February 15 to 19 at Iranian Academy of Arts.
