5 female bands perform in Fajr Int’l Music Festival

 

Five female bands performed in the 35^th Fajr International Music Festival.

These five female bands included Nushe (leader and Kamancheh: Niusha Barimani), Kook-e-Mah (leader and singer: Leyla Jafarpour), Cherike Sneh (leader: Sharmin Zarfeshan), Tida (leader: Targol Khalighi), and Polaris (leader: Bahar Ilchi).

These five female bands performed on February 18-19 at Niavaran Cultural Center.

The 35^th Fajr International Music Festival was held February 13-19 with various bands in categories of Persian traditional, folk, classic, international, orchestra, pop, fusion, female and kids music in attendance.
